Very few athletic directors dream of becoming business administrators, but all need to understand critical requirements related to school finance and accounting. This workshop will provide participants with an understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements related to school finance and athletics, including purchasing, accounting and disbursement. It will help participants navigate ethics rules and avoid actual and perceived conflicts of interest when dealing with vendors. This workshop is geared towards K-12 Superintendents, Business Administrators, Athletic Directors, Principals, Club Advisors and Coaches.
