This webinar will review the growing role of federal courts in shaping policies and practices in public schools. It will include a review of the line between state and federal control in public schools, and a summary of recent U.S. Supreme Court and Third Circuit Court decisions on special education, discrimination, bullying and the First Amendment, among other topics, as well as a brief historical review of landmark federal decisions that should guide all public schools.


Each registrant will be emailed access instructions 24-48hrs prior to the event. An archive of the session will also be sent to all registrants afterward.
