Under New Jersey's Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA),otherwise known as the"whistleblower statute",employers are prohibited from retaliating against its employees for reporting illegal or unsafe activities.Unlawful retaliation may include termination, demotion, transfer and/or"retaliatory harassment."This webinar will discuss
the types of activities that CEPA protects and the legal requirements necessary for an employee to establish a CEPA claim against an employer.
