This free webinar will review issues related to addressing the mental health needs of students and the obligation to ensure a safe school environment.

Topics to be addressed will include:

*Recognizing the signs that a student may be dealing with a mental health issue
*Responding appropriately to students who may be in crisis
*Legal requirements related to referring students for outside mental health treatment
*Understanding when it is necessary to contact law enforcement
