This is one of a number of leadership sessions developed to address common issues and concerns in high needs/low income schools. The goal is to provide practical, research-based, interactive, inspiring leadership development and training experiences for school and teacher leaders. This session will focus on the use of data and urgency to produce immediate action. Participants will:
-Analyze assessment data (PARCC, Formative, Summative);
-Identify weaknesses and needs;
-Identify resources needed;
-Set 30-60-90 day SMART goals to address immediate priorities; and
-Develop short term plan.
