In this session, participants will explore the hidden rules of poverty and the middle class as well as generational poverty. They will look introspectively and reflectively at held biases and stereotypes. Particiants will work collaboratively to expand thinking around issues of addressing students' concerns to help students maximize learning and growth opportunities. The focus will be on transformative and couragious leadership strategies to help make schools more effective and engaging for students and faculty.
