How do leaders build strong relationships within their districts? How do they make the personal connections with staff that creates a culture of trust and mutual accountability that leads to ongoing improvement? In this session you will discover your preferred pattern of behaviors that will support you in developing a collaborative and positive school culture. Leaders will engage in a research based self-actualizing process to appreciate their own uniqueness while gaining a deeper understanding of style differences in others. Participants will develop strategies to energize their own attributes and promote connections among staff members that respect the differences we all bring to the school.
